I trained in art therapy at Adler University in Chicago, where I worked with homeless youth, teenage mothers, and individuals living with schizophrenia. I practiced psychotherapy at an outpatient center treating eating disorders using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and art therapy, while also leading body image and art therapy groups and working as an art therapist in Chicago public schools.

During undergraduate and graduate studies in psychology, my Jungian orientation quietly emerged, culminating in a masters thesis on natal charts and mandala-making for eating disorder recovery. I later entered a PsyD program in clinical psychology, but ultimately stepped away in response to a deeper call toward soul-centered work beyond diagnosis and assessment. 

That call led me to complete an PhD in Jungian and Archetypal Studies from Pacifica Graduate Institute. My dissertation Active Imagination and Archetypal Astrology in C. G. Jung’s Black Books explored the correlations between transits to Jung's birth chart and the figures that emerged in his psyche during his confrontation with the unconscious. At Pacifica, I deepened my work with dreams and active imagination—practices that remain central to my clinical work.

Since 2011, I have specialized in the treatment of eating disorders, mood disorders, and trauma across partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care. My private practice is a tapestry of clinical skills, Jungian tools, IFS, and art therapy. I aim to help women navigate the incessant challenges of the modern era and come into contact with the authentic Self.

I have studied astrology for 20 years and hold a diploma in archetypal astrology and cosmology through the Institute of Transpersonal and Archetypal Studies. I been invited as a guest astrologer for holotropic breathwork sessions and astrology seminars through Stanislav Grof’s Legacy Training.
