I am a Jungian/depth psychologist, registered art therapist, and licensed counselor with an outpatient private practice via telehealth in Hawaii, Oregon, and Colorado. I completed an MA in Art Therapy at Adler University in Chicago in 2012. In my practicums I worked with homeless teenage mothers and individuals experiencing homelessness and schizophrenia. The core of my masters training was at a private practice where I saw individuals with eating disorders and led Body Image, Eating Disorder, and Art Therapy support groups for adults. I also worked at several lower-income elementary and high schools in Chicago as an art therapist. Since 2012 I have worked in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care where I have specialized in the treatment of eating disorders, mood disorders, and trauma using IFS and art therapy, along with other trauma-informed modalities. I have run many groups on body image, art therapy, somatic mindfulness, process, skills/resources for recovery, and family and relationships, psychodrama, and relapse prevention. In 2022 I completed a MA/PhD in Depth Psychology: Jungian and Archetypal Studies at Pacifica Graduate Institute. My studies and disseration were focused on imaginal ways of knowing and archetypal cosmology. I have also earned a diploma in archetypal astrology and cosmology at the Institute of Transpersonal and Archetypal Studies and I have offered archetypal astrological coaching and consulting for over 10 years.
